Hey Blog, It's the girls and Kaz here. Our group is doing a commercial on Apple AirPods which primarily consists of people dancing, dark effects, upbeat music, and many transitions.

  • The people in commercials were wearing sporty and dark tracksuits. Usually wearing monocratic long sleeve jackets and long sweatpants. This shows a more put-together and modern vibe.

  • Props include apple AirPods, apple Airpod cases, iPhones, people, and clothes.

  • Their appearance usually conveys happy, modern, upbeat, and musical vibes.

  • The background music is very upbeat and high energy which allows the audience to feel that energy and movement.

  • The settings of the commercials are located in either super dark rooms or super bright rooms.

  • The commercials are using sharp transitions, fade in's and fade out's, sound, inserts, etc, to appeal to the audience unconsciously.

1. Conventions and codes in Apple products such as AirPods include very innovative and never seen designs. Very modern and slick looks obtain the attention of the audience to want to have these products. Many celebrities and people of importance will often always have the latest apple products, whether it be the new Airpod Max or the iPhone 14. It is almost seen as more socially acceptable to have apple products rather than androids or other technology brands. This is mostly due to the innovation apple brings while making their products aesthetically pleasing and slick looking.

2. Props in apple commercials specifically Airpod commercials are always showing off the product from every angle, while it’s turning, the different features it poses, and how it is applied to everyday life. Their commercials are always known to be straightforward and right to the product.

3. The commercials may usually show logos, and appeal to logic, by using statistics, reasons, evidence and features the product poses. For example, almost every Airpod commercial will show the noise cancelation feature through words or through action. That’s just one example of how apple appeals to logic to further persuade the audience to want their products. Piece out blog.
